Born and raised in the Republic of Georgia, Tatia Pilieva is a writer/director who crafts deeply personal stories with cinematic vision. She holds a Master’s degree from the American Film Institute and first drew international attention with her short film FIRST KISS, which earned over 150 million views and won both a Gold Lion and a Clio. She’s been named one of ADWEEK’s Creative 100, recognized for crafting “the coolest, strangest, and loveliest ads.”
Tatia has directed acclaimed campaigns for Delta, Ford, and Meta, and music videos for artists including U2 and Rita Ora. She is currently developing her next feature, UNTITLED GREECE PROJECT, starring Ben Hardy and Julia Schlaepfer, and a television series she co-created with Nick Kreiss, produced by Christine Vachon and Killer Films.
